We will ship by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation in most cases. Most orders are shipped within 48 business hours, although some products are occasionally back-ordered. You will be notified when your order is scheduled for shipment. Packages are generally shipped within 3-5 days after shipment.

Due to high shipping costs, we cannot currently ship outside the continental United States. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Expedited Shipping

At your request, orders may be shipped UPS Overnight, Second Day or Third Day (additional charges apply).  Please contact us if you require this shipment option.

ORM-D Products

Products marked with ORM-D or HL symbols cannot be shipped by UPS Overnight, Second Day or Third Day. In accordance with federal laws, certain materials (ORM-D) must be shipped by ground. Most finishes and cements fall under these guidelines. Such products are generally listed in this web site as ORM-D products. Please allow at least 5 days for these items.
